Appointments

To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer to schedule appointments for all visits. Your child will always be seen by a board certified pediatrician. Our patients are seen by appointment Monday through Friday from 8 am to 11:30 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, as well as 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Monday and Thursday evenings. We also see patients from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm on an emergency walk-in basis. In addition, we see patients on Saturday morning from 8 am to11:30 am on a walk-in basis.

Office Policies

If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so at the earliest opportunity to enable us to use that time for other patients. If you do not call the office prior to your appointment, you will be charged a $30 "Did Not Keep Appointment Fee." This charge is your responsibility and will not be filed with your insurance.

If you need paperwork or forms completed outside of your child's scheduled visit, there will be a $10 administrative charge. Please allow at least 24 hours for this paperwork to be processed.
